The rooms downstairs have great indoor-outdoor flow, taking you to the sunken rose garden beneath the grand old tulip tree or the sunny Coach House courtyard.

Garden parties can accommodate much larger numbers, with the possibility of setting up a marquee on the lawn. Wet-weather arrangements should be planned, though.

Awhina Room
